For those who wish to track their orders and their status, as well as view past orders, they set up a simple password and login before they order. What are Product Reviews?
After you have created an account you can then login and write reviews on our products. This allows people to understand the product better and see what other people are saying about it. After you have logged into your account you will see the link below each product that you will click on to submit your review. After it has been approved it will be posted below the product.
How long is your shipping process?
You will generally receive your product within 7-10 working days. Shipping outside the US may require additional shipping time.
What is the Wish List?
On each product there is a link that says " Add to Wishlist". After you login you are able to add products to your account and purchase them at a later point. You can also create a "Gift Registry" for other friends and family members to purchase for them the next time you visit Shop'nTime.
What if I don't like the product I purchased?
You will have 30 days to view your product and if you feel it is not what you desire you may return it.
What is your 30 Day Guarantee?
You will be refunded your full purchase price minus any shipping charges for returned products providing it is received by us in the condition it was received by you. Our office must be contacted and an RMA number provided for all return shipments or the shipment may be rejected. Damaged products must be noted immediately upon receiving them and our office notified so we can notify the shipper.
What is an Affiliate?

What is a Client?
If you see client it is the same as a Customer - just the terminology is different. Resellers who may resell our products are noted accordingly and may receive an additional discount.
